Experience
I am a second year medical student at Albert Einstein Medical College and therefore am familiar with the process of applying and successfully being accepted to a United States medical school. I tutor both the MCAT and help with the application. For the MCAT I tutor the first three sections. I scored a 36 on the MCAT. I took all my pre-med classes at Columbia University and scored a combined GPA of 3.8. In addition, I have taken Biochemistry in medical school as well as numerous systems based courses - providing me with a very strong grasp of the knowledge tested on the new MCAT. I also provide personalized, rigorous schedules each uniquely developed for every student. My schedules are strictly based on the Official Guide to the MCAT Exam topic categories, ensuring that the student covers all the topics. I can also provide some free material. I offer free phone or skype consultations to answer any questions. My rate for MCAT is $60/hr in person. I also provide online tutoring which many of my students have loved. My rate is $50/hr online. I have an online whiteboard that I use and so am able to solve/draw out anything for the student in the same way that I would in person.
